These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use and rental of Locker Systems provided by LOCKER4YOU, a service by Element Rentals AG, based in Switzerland. The T&C apply to all rental agreements concluded via www.locker4you.ch or the mobile application.

The rental agreement is concluded upon booking via the platform. By completing the booking, the customer confirms having read and accepted the T&C.

• Use is at the renter’s own responsibility and risk.
• The use of the locker, is permitted for your own snow equipment and winter gear only.

• The minimum age for rental is 16 years.
• Minors may only use the locker system under adult supervision.

• The rental is limited to the booked duration.
• Late “check-out” / clearing the locker may incur additional charges.
• The renter is liable for his/her own equipment

• LOCKER4YOU is not liable for personal or property damage arising from use.
• Use is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

• Cancellations before the rental period begins are allowed.
• No refund is given for no-shows or early returns.
• In the event of weather-related system shutdowns (e.g. storms), the value can be credited for a future booking.

LOCKER4YOU processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy at www.locker4you.ch. Only data necessary for the booking and use are collected.

Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Element Rentals AG.

LOCKER4YOU reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The version valid at the time of booking applies. Should any provision prove invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
